Here at shopbeauty, we offer return options to make shopping with us convenient for you.
Yes you can return an item you have purchased.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return an item for a refund or a replacement. Shopbeauty offer returns within 30 Days from the original purchase date. All items returned need to be in brand new condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, if the item is NOT in new condition, has been opened or used, we will not be able to provide a refund. The item will be returned to you after a re-delivery fee has been paid. Original Shipping fees will not be refunded.
When returning any item please repack the item carefully so that it reaches us safely.
We recommend only using shipping services that can be tracked and you retain tracking numbers in a safe place. We can not take responsibility for items lost during shipping
If you receive a delivered item incorrectly or damaged.
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or is damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please send an email and photo's to: email@example.com. We aim to respond to your email within 3 business days.
All products sold by shopbeauty are covered by Australian Consumer Law and the Manufacturer's Warranty for manufacturing defects.
If the item you have received is faulty, contact shopbeauty immediately by sending us an email and photo's to: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide as much detail as possible regarding the fault and your original invoice number.
Subject to Australian Consumer Law and depending on the Manufacturer's Warranty terms and conditions, the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item is to be replaced and it is no longer available, the original purchase value will be refunded.
If the item is to be repaired, we will provide details on how to return the item. In some cases the item will need to be returned to the Australian Distributor and you may be asked to return the item directly to the supplier. Shipping costs for repair items will require payment before items are returned to you. If you select to organise your own returns, we recommend that you only use services that can be tracked and you retain tracking numbers in a safe place. We can not take responsibility for items lost during shipping.

3. We will get back to you. One of our Customer Care team members will get back to you via email, please allow up to 3 business days.
4. Carefully pack and send.
When returning any item please repack the item carefully so that it reaches us safely. Please include a copy of the completed Returns Form in your return, including your order number and all of your contact details.
We recommend only using shipping services that can be tracked. Please retain your tracking number and keep in a safe place. We cannot take responsibility for items lost during shipping.
5. We will contact you once the item is received.
Return times can vary depending on your location and which shipping service you choose. Once your return has been received we will process approved refunds or replacements within 5 business days. Repair times can vary, we will keep you informed regarding the progress.
