Pricing
All transactions on the shopbeauty website are settled in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices displayed on the site are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
Where we can, shopbeauty aims to deliver quality products and services. However, from time to time we may be forced to adjust our prices without given notice. This may be due to manufacturing production cost increases, variations in International currency rates and/or price increases passed on from suppliers. Please read our T&C's below for more.
Credit Card Storage
Credit card transactions on this website are processed securely and credit card details are stored through a secure external storage service. Your card details are NOT stored on the shopbeauty website and cannot be accessed by shopbeauty staff. If you are concerned with the storage of your credit card we recommend that you do not use this feature.
Promotional Offers
From time to time shopbeauty may promote an offer including special prices, discounts, gift with purchase, limited edition products and or other offers. Promotions advertised will each contain additional specific Terms & Conditions for the individual promotion(s) or offer(s) and will also be subject to the following, whether stated in advertising or not:
- Valid for a specified time frame only - If a time frame or end date is not specified then the promotion or offer can be ended at any time without notice.
- Valid while stocks last - will not be provided on items that have sold out.
- Rain checks - Will not be provided on items that have sold out.
- Subject to availability - When a Bonus item, giveaway or gift is offered with a purchase, items may be substituted if the original item promoted has become unavailable.

- Gift Cards remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- Gift Cards are non-refundable

Shopbeauty Free Gift T&C's
All orders valued at $59.95 or more placed via shopbeauty.com.au in a single transaction, will be eligible to receive a free gift if signed up to Shopbeauty Vault subscription. The free gift can be chosen from a selection of full-sized health and beauty products automatically added to cart.
Only one free gift is given with each order valued at $59.95 or over, no matter the maximum value of the order.
The free gifts available for selection are pre-determined by Shopbeauty and are chosen based on Shopbeauty’s most popular beauty categories. Once a free gift is selected and sent, it is not transferable, cannot be returned for a refund or substituted for another gift.
Free gifts are also subject to availability of stock and may be substituted in this case. Shopbeauty will endeavour to advertise the free gifts on offer in their true and correct form, however, in some cases, the advertised gift may be substituted based on stock availability.
There is no limit to multiple transactions of $59.95 and a free gift with each transaction to that value.
Refund:
If you decide to return your order in full or part for a refund, you must return the free gift with your original order. If the free gift with purchase is not returned or already has been used, the RRP amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
